Acceptable stay with issues

poor communicationfalling switch
The staff communication was poor. I had to ask for help with the a. c, and a night staff member walked away as I spoke (very impolite!). I was told there was no a. c, only climate control, and that I should have brought a fan. There were only two towels in the room for three people. the light switch in the bedroom was falling off the wall.
